Just wanted to wish my cousin Tani a very Happy Birthday! Leena and I had the pleasure of making vanilla cupcakes topped with lemon buttercream and decadent chocolate cupcakes.

Wanted to thank my good friend, Chantal for all her encouragement and amazing advice regarding baking.  Thank you also for your patience when I bugged you with so many questions!  Chantal is not only a great friend, a super mom to Jenna and Eva and a wonderful wife to Rocco, but she is by far the best baker I have ever known!

Welcome Baby Dylan!!

My brother-in-law and sister-in-law welcomed their first baby, Dylan, three weeks ago. My nephew is adorable beyond words! I made these cupcakes for my sister-in-law's baby shower. I chose two buttercream flavours, vanilla and mango.

Since we knew my sister-in-law was going to have a baby boy, I decided to colour the vanilla buttercream in a soft baby blue. The mango cupcakes were a rich yellow-orange colour and were yummy! I topped the cupcakes with candy pacifiers.

Happy 10th Wedding Anniversary!

These cupcakes were made for my brother-in-law and sister-in-law's 10th Wedding Anniversary. I wanted to treat these two wonderful people, and their family and friends, to decadent and fun cupcakes! I chose dark chocolate cupcakes topped with a rich Bailey's buttercream and French vanilla cupcakes topped with a lemon-mint buttercream.
