These cupcakes were made for my brother-in-law and sister-in-law's 10th Wedding Anniversary. I wanted to treat these two wonderful people, and their family and friends, to decadent and fun cupcakes! I chose dark chocolate cupcakes topped with a rich Bailey's buttercream and French vanilla cupcakes topped with a lemon-mint buttercream.
